Refund policy

 You can make a return within 14 days from the date the product was delivered to you. The return is paid by buyer.

Prepare the package for shipment, the product must be intact and complete with the label.
Store the products to be returned in the package and store it in its original packaging.
You will receive a pre-filled return label. Place it on the packaging to cover the outward.
We will not be responsible for shipments made otherwise than the authorized procedure.

When we receive your products returned to our shop, we will check them to verify their condition "like new". You will receive an email confirming that the return has been received and that the refund has been made on the method used to pay for your order within the maximum period of 14 days.
