Shipping policy

Shipping throughout Italy is free for orders over 80 euros. For orders with an amount less than 80 euros, the standard shipping rate will be applied. The order is shipped within 24 hours from the same if made in working days. Shipments are also made in all European Union countries with a shipping cost of 15 euros. We are committed to starting your package in the shortest possible time. Estimated delivery times are 48 hours for Italy and the islands and 3 to 5 days for abroad.

In all cases Estro Boutique reserves the right to postpone the shipment if occur events of force majeure.

All the images of the products on Estro Boutique are made with the highest possible color fidelity. However, slight variations in hue from the actual product may be due to the type of monitor and video card used. Remember to read the description of the item carefully before purchasing.

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded with Estro Boutique without penalty within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product purchased on the site.
